A Little About Me....

With 29 years of experience as an educator and a lifelong passion for fitness, dance, and community, I’m thrilled to begin a new chapter with Beyond the Line LLC—a company dedicated to providing fun, inclusive, and high-energy line dance instruction and entertainment.

My journey as a small business owner began 21 years ago during my maternity leave, when I founded FIT Beginnings, a fitness program for moms and their babies, which later grew to include toddlers. Those years were among the happiest of my life—doing what I loved while spending precious time with my children. The success of that venture was a true reflection of my belief in the power of connection, joy, and shared experiences. I eventually returned to my full-time teaching position in West Milford, and closed the doors of FIT Beginnings, but the spirit of that time has always stayed with me.

For the past 25 years, I’ve called Vernon home and have proudly raised my family here. Rooted in this vibrant community, I’m excited to bring Beyond the Line to life—a company that blends my experience as a teacher, my love of dance, and my passion for bringing people together.
